Terms of Service

Last updated 22 October 2026

These terms cover bassamhammoud.com and Postbox, the private posting tool run by Bassam Hammoud. Questions go to [email protected].

Postbox

• Postbox is for accounts that Bassam Hammoud or his family own or manage. It is not offered to the public.
• Whoever connects an account must have the right to post on it, and is responsible for what gets posted.
• Posts must follow the rules of the platform they go to (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Postbox is provided as is. A platform outage or a change on their side can delay or stop a post. When a post fails, the account owner gets an email.
• Access can be removed at any time by disconnecting the account in the platform's settings.

This website

The content on bassamhammoud.com is general fitness and nutrition information, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new training or eating plan, especially if you have a health condition. Coaching is agreed separately with each client.
