This policy covers bassamhammoud.com and Postbox, the private posting tool Bassam Hammoud uses to schedule posts to his own social media accounts. If you have a question, email [email protected].

Who runs this

Bassam Hammoud, an online fitness coach based in Lebanon. Postbox is not a public product. It only connects to accounts that Bassam or his family run.

What Postbox stores

• Account connections. When an account is connected through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, Postbox keeps the access key that platform gives it, plus the account name and ID. Keys are stored in a private Cloudflare database and are never shown on any page.
• Posts. The caption, video, cover image and posting time of each scheduled post. Video and image files are kept only until the post goes out, then deleted.
• Post results. Numbers the platforms report for posts on the connected accounts, such as views, reach, likes, comments, saves, shares and follower counts. These are totals. Postbox does not collect the names or details of the people who view or interact with the posts.

What Postbox does with it

Only three things: publish posts at the chosen time, show whether each post went out, and report how the posts performed. Nothing is sold, rented, shared with advertisers or used to build profiles of anyone.

Who else handles the data

• Cloudflare hosts Postbox, its database and the media files.
• Meta, TikTok and Google receive the posts Postbox publishes, under their own privacy policies.

This website

bassamhammoud.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It uses no cookies and does not track you across other sites. If you fill in the coaching enquiry form, your answers go to Tally (the form provider) and to Bassam, and are only used to reply to you about coaching.

Deleting your data

To disconnect an account, remove Postbox in that platform's settings (on Facebook: Settings and privacy, Settings, Business integrations). To have everything Postbox stored about an account deleted, email [email protected] with the account name. It will be deleted within 30 days and you will get a reply when it is done.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
